For us at The Silver Peak, that philosophy translates into a commitment to quality. Our chef takes the time to find out who can deliver the best fresh products. We never use frozen meat or fish and we keep smaller quantities on stock to ensure all our ingredients are fresh.
When you come have a meal at The Silver Peak, you can expect great food prepared and presented in an appealing manner. You can expect great flavor, texture, taste and color in a serving size that will satisfy you, regardless of which of our dishes you choose. Our menu features well-known favorites with a twist, as well as contemporary and innovative dishes.
Your choices for lunch or dinner include Salmon Fish and Chips dipped in Red Ale batter, Grilled Lamb burger with kalamata olives and goat cheese, and our signature Barley Crusted Chicken Breast Sandwich with applewood-smoked bacon, tomato and avocado. A selection of salads, pastas, nachos, interesting sandwiches and chicken wings rounds out the menu.
We also offer more sophisticated treats such as Penne Pasta with sun dried tomatos and asparagus in a wild mushroom cream sauce, Pistachio Crusted Salmon with a roasted tomato coulis, and the forever popular Grilled Flat Iron Steak with wild mushroom polenta and green peppercorn sauce.
Hey, don't forget dessert! Our list includes: Creme Brulee custard with caramelized sugar, Caramel Apple Upside Down Cake with Tahoe Creamery ice cream, and our award winning White Chocolate Tiramisu.
All of our menus are constantly evolving to take advantage of fresh seasonal products, which means that you, our customer, can look forward to new and exiting flavors every time you visit us. But if we've left out one of your favorites, let us know and we will try to accommodate you.
Our wish is that you think of The Silver Peak as a restaurant that makes it's own beer instead of just a brewpub. The difference is in the emphasis we place in the quality and variety of our food. Not to say that we don't take great care and pride in our beer. Our microbrews are without a doubt the best suds around!
