Qdoba Mexican Grill combines fresh ingredients with an innovative combination of sauces, salsas and marinades to create non-traditional, fast-casual Mexican fare. The first Qdoba Mexican Grill opened in Denver 1995, and the fast-casual chain now has over 250 restaurants located in more than 25 states, a number that keeps growing. Qdoba’s menu centers around large signature burritos that offer unique flavors, including poblano pesto, fajita ranchero and ancho chile BBQ pork. The menu also includes grilled quesadillas, taco salads, nachos, Naked Burritos, tacos and soup. All entrees are prepared in front of you and topped with personally selected ingredients, including one of five distinctive salsas.
 
Qdoba doesn’t stop there, though. We also put cold deli platters to shame by catering private events, tailgaters, showers, client events and especially weddings with our catered Hot Taco Bars. Feeding anywhere from 20 to 2000 with our marinated meats and warm tortillas, we’re sure to make any soirée a success. Pick it up let us deliver larger orders, you choose. Just call ahead to schedule and we’ll take care of the rest. Don’t have 20 to feed? Don’t worry, we also offer box lunches for those smaller parties.
