This cozy and creaky joint is near the top of any vegetarian or vegan's hit list, but that's just because they're more likely to know about it. Once you try the Sunday brunch waffles or any number of other delicacies you'll see why animals-involved-or-not, Pneumatic serves up awesome grub at some conveniently odd hours. Located in the Truckee River Terrace apartments building, the inside is decked outwith local art, event fliers galore and more pipes then one might think is allowed in a modern building. Seriously ... make sure to try the waffles.
