On the shores of the lake overlooking Hyatt's private beach, pier, and mountainsides, Old Tahoe is alive and well here at the Lone Eagle Grille. Take in the resplendent natural beauty surrounding our Lake Tahoe resort as you relax by the warmth of two stone fireplaces. The lake, stretching for 22 miles adorned with misty, shimmering sunlight, is surrounded by the grandeur of the Sierra Nevadas.  From your vantage point inside the Lone Eagle, discover a world-class view to enhance your dining experience.  On Sundays, indulge in the only four-season brunch on the lake – a great meal for families or group dining. Take your choice from an unsurpassed selection.

Sit down to a flavorful meal in this lakefront restaurant prepared in our display kitchen, including items such as:
  • Appetizers – including Pan Seared Duck Breast, Chilled Poached Shrimp with Mango Salsa, or Jumbo Lump Crab Cake
  • Salads / Soups – featuring Mixed Baby Greens with Beets and Tomatoes or Traditional Caesar Salad
  • Entrees – including Pan Seared Elk Tenderloin, Butter Poached Sea Bass, Grilled Ahi Tuna, Lamb Loin Chops or Shrimp and Scallop, Lobster Ravioli with garlic lemon butter sauce
  • Desserts – with temping choices such as Orange Ginger Panna Cotta with Pomegranate Syrup and Candied Walnuts, Decadent Chocolate Sampler or Tahitian Vanilla Crème Brulee.

Our Sommeliers have created an extensive wine list with over 20 selections available by the glass and 20 'Rare and Extraordinary' bottles.
