Feel the Old West coming to life around you at Cutthroat's Saloon!  You might expect to see an old Western movie character or a shoot-out at any moment.  But you're not on a movie set or in a time capsule – you're inside our famous restaurant and bar!   Treat yourself to delicious cuisine in the Wild West atmosphere of a saloon from yesteryear.  We're "infamous" for our dollar bill ceiling and walls, massive wooden bar, glowing lanterns, leather bar stools and exquisite Sierra Mountain luxury resort with private beachfront on Lake Tahoe.

Take time out to view the tributes to Northern Nevada's colorful history in relics and memorabilia that we've placed throughout the saloon.  Select from tempting menu items that include:

  • Appetizers – such as Grilled Portobello Mushrooms with asparagus, sautéed mushrooms and boursin, served on roasted tomato coulis, Tahoe Spuds with Cajun chicken and bacon, topped with cheddar and pepper jack cheese, served with sour cream, Loaded Sierra Nachos or Roasted Crab and Spinach Dip with Flatbread
  • Salads / Soups – featuring Western Chili, Grilled Chicken Caesar or Saloon Salad, with crisp greens, black forest ham, smoked turkey, bacon, eggs, cheddar, provolone, Swiss cheese, tomato-cucumber relish
  • Entrees / Sandwiches – including Prime Rib Sandwich, Fish and Chips, Grilled Chicken Panini with boursin cheese, caramelized onions on ciabatta bread, Steak and Fries or Barbecue Grilled Salmon
  • Pizzas – such as The Caprese Pizza, Barbecue Chicken Pizza, Three-topping Cheese Pizza
