One of the house breakfast specialties is a unique spin on traditional Eggs Benedict-Scottish Benedict. This dish includes poached eggs and sliced Nova Scotia smoked salmon atop a toasted bagel and drizzled with Hollandaise and capers. Lunch and dinner specialties include signature soups, salads, specialty sandwiches and gourmet burgers. The Potato Cheddar Soup is simmered with beer and pairs as the perfect starter for a Grilled Ahi Tuna Sandwich. Brick oven pizzas are available for lunch and dinner as well as a few traditional favorites like fish and chips.
And after dinner, try some of the specialty drinks available at the bar, including a variety of tropically inspired cocktails like the Cruzan Mojito and a Tommy Bahama Limeade featuring Tommy Bahama White Sand Rum.
Café Sierra features a classic casual menu with a wide variety of comfort foods prepared with a flair that will have foodies of all kinds coming back for seconds.
