Our gorditas are made to order. Chicken, beef, pork, or vegetarian—we've got an option for you. Handmade masa harina gorditas are fried until they're crispy on the outside, and steaming and spongy inside. Fillings are spiced and cooked to perfection, then topped with cheese and fresh or fire-roasted salsa.
