Nestled amongst the pines and located along Lake Tahoe's longest stretch of sandy beaches, Historic Camp Richardson Resort is Lake Tahoe's #1 Year Round Recreation Resort. Situated on Lake Tahoe's southwest shore, Camp Richardson is a short drive from several world class ski resorts and the Stateline casinos.
Year Round cabins sleep from 2 to 8 people, with studio, 1 and 2 bedroom units available. Each cabin offers a gas fireplace, basic kitchens (including microwave, coffeemaker and toaster), with linens and towels provided. In keeping with our historic wooded setting, we do not offer phones of televisions in the cabins. Camp Rich '20 to 30's era summer cabins offer you a headquarters for summer fun. Cross-country Ski trails (35km) Ski and Snowshoe Rentals Lessons & Tours Moonlight Cross-country Skiing
The miles of bike trails from summer are magically changed to a beautiful white winter wonderland for skiing and snowshowing. Winter fun doesn’t stop at the Mountain Sports Center, you can look forward to Full Moon Cross Country and Snowshowing parties, and the famous “Snowshoe Cocktail Race” held on the shore of the lake at The Beacon. Imagine the fun of wearing snowshoes, holding a drink on a cocktail tray, and “racing” around a course! Prizes are awarding and fun is had by everyone.
